Accessibility

We scan other people's websites for this, so ours is measured rather than claimed. Here is what our own scanner says about us, including the parts that fail.

Where we stand

This website partially meets WCAG 2.2 at level AA. We test it with the same tool we sell, and the last run was on 1 September 2026.

What passes

  • Every text and background pair on the page has been measured, in both the light and the dark setting, against the 4.5:1 contrast minimum
  • The whole site works with JavaScript switched off
  • Nothing scrolls sideways at 320 pixels wide
  • Animation stops for anyone who has asked their device to reduce motion
  • Every control can be reached and used with a keyboard, and shows where the focus is

What does not

Our own scan raises these, and they are being worked on:

  • Some of the newer WCAG 2.2 requirements added in 2023 are not yet met
  • A small number of lower-level issues remain across the page

Automated testing finds roughly 57% of accessibility problems. It cannot confirm a website works for everyone — only that the ones it can detect are absent. We have not yet had this site tested by disabled users, and until we have, nothing here should be read as a promise that it works for you.

If something does not work for you

Email us or ring 07852 367854 and tell us what happened. We will fix it and tell you when it is done. If you would rather have the same information another way — read out, or written differently — ask and we will send it.

Enforcement

The Equality Act 2010 requires reasonable adjustments. If you contact us about an accessibility problem and are not happy with how we respond, the Equality Advisory and Support Service at equalityadvisoryservice.com can advise you.

Prepared 1 September 2026, from an automated scan of this site plus a manual check of the keyboard path and both colour settings.
